John O’Neill BSc (Hons), MSc, MISCP, HCPC.

John O’Neill qualified from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2009 with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. He has worked primarily in the NHS in both England and Northern Ireland and has gained experience in a wide range of specialties including musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

By working in the hospital setting John has gained experience in treating a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, arthritic joints, repetitive strain injuries, orthopedic conditions and neck and back pain. He has a keen interest in sport and the management of injury and has worked with a variety of professional athletes and sporting teams.
He has completed his 
Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Bath, specifically targeting injury prevention and rehabilitation in high intensity sports.

John has great interest in Continuous Professional Development and has completed a variety of training courses such as:

Pilates
Acupuncture
Musculo-Skeletal Medicine
Kinesio – Taping
Biomechanical assessment

Aside from sports injuries, John has a passion for treating chronic conditions such fibromyalgia and arthritic conditions and his supportive and empathetic approach to physiotherapy management allows patients to return to full function as quickly as possible.

John has a great interest in sport and is a keen follower and participates in numerous sports such as Gaelic Football, Football and Tennis.
